How to Manage Quarterly, Bi-Monthly, and Monthly Pest Control Programs in One System

Separate SMS templates per program type — "Your quarterly exterior treatment is scheduled for..." vs. "Your monthly indoor pest control visit is scheduled for..." — produce meaningfully better customer responses.
